With the area’s notorious cold winters, strong winds and high bushfire risk (BAL40), this project presents a unique challenge and opportunity for innovative design and construction.

At the heart of the Castella Residence is a commitment to blending aesthetics with practicality. The chosen external colour, Black Matt (C/B Night Sky), imparts a sleek, contemporary look that harmonizes with the natural environment. This bold choice not only complements the surrounding landscape but also provides a striking visual contrast against the greenery.

G&S Appleton Design & Drafting, the design team behind this project, focused on creating a residence that stands up to the elements while offering a sophisticated style.
